The home and property are simply spectacular! The pictures really don\u2019t do it justice as there is so much beauty to behold! A true feast for your senses if you love and adore nature as we do. The property was teaming with wildlife. Butterflies birds and we even saw deer this morning.! Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for peace and serenity. The home was Also immaculate and very tastefully decorated. Two thumbs way up!!<\/p><\/div>

A slice of heaven up on that hill! House is beautifully done and very functional. Zipline and swing for kids. Not much traffic. Wild turkeys and deer. Hot tub and wonderful sunrise views. Pumpkin picking and hayrides in town. Camel dairy and wolf preserve nearby – get tours!<\/p><\/div>

This was the perfect weekend trip just outside the city. The home was impeccably clean and everything seemed new and updated. The patio has an incredible view and perfect touches at every turn. We had a few visitors in various beautiful birds, bunny rabbits, and a pack of wild turkeys that trotted by. We left relaxed and rejuvenated and will certainly return if the opportunity presents itself!<\/p><\/div>

Wonderful place with a beautiful view. Favorite Airbnb so far. A lot of distance between neighbors as most properties in the area are by acres so expect privacy. Theres a little zip line and swing towards the bottom of the hill that isn’t so obvious upon arrival so make sure to check that out. We had the unfortunate event of a turkey dying on the property during our stay and Lara had it removed within 15 minutes of notifying her. We were pleased with her quick response. Great all around stay. Will definitely be back in the near future.<\/p><\/div>

This home was absolutely amazing!! It is just perfect! We enjoyed the home, the jacuzzi, sitting outside watching the sunrise and the sunsets!! Even the outside shower is so cool!! We went fishing, tour of gold mine in Julian and walk around town! All the special touches make this place extra special!! We will for sure be back!!<\/p><\/div>

Quiet & Serene<\/h3>

The pictures show how clean and beautifully decorated the home is but you have to be there to experience the feeling of looking out at the view of the mountains and lake. How quiet and serene it is. To sit and watch the birds and humming birds, absolute heaven! And the stars at night! So many wineries to visit, beautiful trail hiking, the town of Ramona is adorable. Lara was so attentive to our needs yet left us alone to enjoy the solitude. We love to cook and the kitchen was stocked with anything you needed. All the comforts, just perfect! Our only complaint was our trip was too short!!<\/p><\/div>

Perfect Getaway<\/h3>

This was the absolute best vacation home in which I have stayed, ever! It was immaculate, well stocked with anything you might need, beautifully decorated, and had an amazing view at all times of the day. Watching the wildlife outside that came and went was an experience in and of itself. We saw squirrels, rabbits, lizards, tiny frogs, and so many different kinds of birds, including wild turkeys that visited us one evening while we were in the hot tub. The hot tub itself was fully functional and also immaculately clean and clear. This home is better than what it looks like in the photos. I HIGHLY recommend it if you are looking for a place to get away and relax. We have already booked another stay a few months from now.<\/p><\/div>

We didn’t want to leave!<\/h3>

What a magical place! Pictures just cannot do it justice due to the panoramic views that are hard to capture. I always lower my expectations before arriving somewhere so I’m not disappointed, but there was no need here! Absolutely above and beyond what I wanted! The views are breathtaking! The variety and number of birds, including Orioles and hummingbirds is so entertaining. We also spotted lots of bunnies and one deer! The fire pit made the nighttime feel special and so did the hot tub.<\/p>

The house itself was perfect too! So clean!! The kitchen was so much fun for us LA apartment dwellers to be able to cook in! We also utilized the grill…yum!!! The double shower heads in the bathroom! Where have you been all my life? The shower outside…also awesome!!<\/p>

At night, once our necks were sore from staring up at the Milky Way and trying to remember the constellations, we would retire to the “movie” room and enjoy the reclining couch and huge screen with surround sound! If this ever goes on the market, I want it!!!!<\/p>

Better than the photos!<\/h3>

Had a wonderful weekend getaway at Lara’s place! The place is better than the photos with thoughtful touches all around, incredible views, and it is very clean. The house is on a hill overlooking a lake with wildlife such as turkeys, birds, rabbits, and squirrels wandering around. We relaxed in the hot tub while watching the most beautiful sunset and made s’mores in the fire pit. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Our son loved the fun zip line and swing in the yard. Julian and downtown Ramona are only a short drive away with lots of pit stops such as hard cider tasting in an open barn, egg farm drive through, and of course the Julian pie company. The only negative thing is that we did not stay longer! We will definitely be back.<\/p><\/div>

The house is fantastic! It is very secluded, surrounded by nature and the views are like being on a mountain summit. The sunsets were spectacular. The outdoor shower was great! The house is very modern but with a rustic country house feel. We had a small frog that joined us in the house \ud83d\ude42 my wife named him Seymore. Outside the house we enjoyed watching the birds, the bunnies and squirrels, and a couple of wild turkeys joined us as well. All in all, we had a relaxing getaway! We would love to stay again sometime.<\/p><\/div>

Lara’s beautiful small ranch home is absolutely gorgeous! We’ve stayed in a number of rentals, but few compare to the attention to detail and overall greatness of this retreat. It sits high up on a hill and has been constructed so that you are surrounded by gorgeous views on three sides as far as the eye can see. One can sit in the sparking clean hot tub and enjoy the views of the hills and lake after rinsing off in the glorious outdoor shower. The interior of the home is very well appointed- the beds were very comfortable with high quality linens, the towels soft, everyhting was clean and ready for use. The gourmet kitchen has everything needed to make amazing meals- which we took full advantage of as we were “self quarantining” there during the CVOID-19 outbreak. It’s a fantastic place to spend a few nights. We can’t recommend it enough!! Lara’s place will remain on the top of our “go to” list. Thanks Lara!!<\/p><\/div>

My wife and I could not stop talking about how perfect this house is. It feels like we jumped into a pinterest ad for beautifully done and decorated kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces. It smells clean and fresh and a little like crate & barrel. We can’t get over the gorgeous views and landscaping. This was a quick weekend trip and we SO wish we had a least a few more days.<\/p><\/div>

Exceptional & Outstanding!!! Our 14th stay at an AirBnB and this was the BEST! The indoor and outdoor space exceeded our expectations. It was the best, well equipped kitchen we\u2019ve experienced. The proximity to incredible wineries is unmatched. This property is the definition of peace and relaxation…from the mattress to the hot tub and nature and the quiet! Clean and immaculate!
